Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
Maintain up-to-date records in accounting software.
Oversee general office operations including inventory, supplies, and maintenance.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with payroll processing.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
