About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts cum Manager to manage our company's financial records and oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Management & Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and support management in business planning.
Manage vendor relationships, quotations, and procurement documentation.
Supervise administrative staff and support HR functions such as attendance, leave, and documentation.
Prepare management reports and assist in strategic decision-making.
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
