We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
accountant and ADMIN
to oversee administrative operations and financial coordination. The role requires strong multitasking, accounting knowledge, and organizational skills, ensuring smooth office management while also handling financial reporting, and compliance with the TAX Authority.
Accounting & Finance
Record, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Handle petty cash, supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements. (profit&loss)
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders for financial matters.
Ensure VAT compliance, accurate filing, and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain contracts, company records, trade licenses, insurances, and renewals.
Draft, review, file and send quotations and invoices
Manage HR-related documentation such as attendance, leave records, onboarding, and employee files.
Coordinate visas, and government formalities with PRO.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Generate purchase orders, quotations, and supplier comparisons.
Ensure vendor bills are verified and matched with POs before payment.
Maintain an updated supplier/vendor database.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong administrative, accounting, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel,
Tally or similar accountant platformes
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years' experience
in Administration & Accounts, in the UAE.
experiance in
general maintenance
operation is highly preferred.

Reports directly to the
General Manager
Works closely with the operations teams

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
