Dream Design Real Estate Broker UAE is seeking a skilled finance professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management:
- Manage invoices, receipts, and collections
- Prepare and maintain AR/AP ledgers and VAT records
2. Compliance:
- Prepare and submit Corporate & VAT returns
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations
- Maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures
- Knowledge of GPSSA Portal
3. Payroll and Financial Reporting:
- Process monthly payroll and maintain confidentiality
- Support financial closing procedures and report preparation
4. Real Estate and Developer Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with real estate developers
- Oversee registration procedures
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry
Skills:
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and payroll practices
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English
