Key Responsibilities
Handle office administration, documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain property listings, tenancy agreements, and compliance records (RERA/DLD/Ejari).
Support property management: lease renewals, rent collection, tenant coordination, and maintenance follow-up.
Assist in accounts: invoicing, receipts, petty cash, payroll support, and VAT compliance.
Prepare reports on rentals, sales, collections, and expenses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in UAE (Real estate industry added advantage).
Knowledge of RERA, DLD, and Ejari processes.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office & property management/CRM systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
