We're seeking a detail-driven Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure clean audits, and maintain compliance across fiat and crypto assets. This role combines traditional accounting with the demands of modern digital finance.

We're seeking a detail-driven Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure clean audits, and maintain compliance across fiat and crypto assets. This role combines traditional accounting with the demands of modern digital finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting for multi-currency accounts (AED, USD, stablecoins)
- Reconcile blockchain transactions with accounting systems
- Handle payroll, end-of-service accruals, and statutory benefits in UAE
- Prepare VAT filings and liaise with UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Track token treasury, wallets, and staking revenue (if applicable)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations)
- Support audit and license renewals for Dubai City or other free zones
- Experience with bank reconciliations in UAE
- 5+ years of accounting experience (including crypto transactions)
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or similar
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers and crypto accounting tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills; experience in UAE accounting regulations is essential
- English fluency required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu language skills a plus for vendor relations
