We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and accounts payable, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Oversee credit control activities, including customer credit assessments and collection follow-ups. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control and accounts payable. (construction industry) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Can join immediately With NOC/Transferrable visa/QID
