Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Accountant

who will not only manage bookkeeping and financial records using Excel and ERPNext, but also contribute to

marketing efforts to attract new clients

. The role is ideal for someone who wants to grow both professionally and commercially.

A commission will be offered

for each new client referred and onboarded

(25% Commission - Details related to this will be disclosed upon acceptance of the candidate)

.

This role is open only to candidates under family sponsorship (dependent visa).

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Duties

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Use ERPNext for data entry, reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist in monthly and year-end closings. Prepare audit files and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and tax laws.

Marketing & Client Development

Actively support marketing efforts to promote our services to potential clients. Reach out to small businesses, professionals, and startups to introduce our firm. Help maintain and update firm profiles on professional directories and social media. Coordinate with the audit and tax team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Earn a commission

for each new client successfully engaged through your efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

. Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn

ERPNext

. Experience with accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, or Peachtree is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. High typing speed and good computer literacy. Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude. Comfortable interacting with potential clients and promoting services.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Previous marketing or client engagement experience. Basic knowledge of UAE VAT, CT and compliance. Understanding of Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs).
