JOB DESCRIPTION: Creating spreadsheets to track banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and account balances over time Performing audits to ensure that transactions and accounts are accurate, identifying errors and making corrections as needed Communicating with banks regarding changes to banking policies or procedures that may affect the organization\xe2\x80\x99s accounts Calculating interest rates, fees, and other charges for bank accounts and loans, and adding them to customer statements Collecting information about new customers to set up new accounts or update existing accounts Processing checks for deposit into the company\xe2\x80\x99s bank account Preparing reports on banking activity, such as account balances or payments made on loans Following-up bank accounts, provide a statement of daily balances, details of cheques, review cash on hand transaction daily and the rest of the subsidiary treasury and related to receipt vouchers and cheque payment voucher. Preparing reconciliations for all bank accounts, whether current accounts or loans and facility monthly, knowing the reasons for the differences and preparing journal entries for the bank reconciliation. Preparing the documents related to bank credit, letters of guarantee, bid bonds, as required Handling, preparing and reviewing letters of credit documents in coordination with the concerned team QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 7 years of overall experience in the same role, of which 5 years must be of UAE experience Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
