Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and tax requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements.
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
Maintain and optimize accounting software and financial databases.
Provide detailed financial analysis, reports, and recommendations for cost efficiency.
Support internal financial policies, controls, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
, preferably in non-profit, healthcare, or corporate sectors.
Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and accounting software.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Male candidates preferred.
