to support our Accounts Department, specializing in warranty accounts. This role will work closely with the main accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate warranty-related transactions, and maintain well-organized financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing, reconciling, and tracking warranty accounts.
Support the main accountant with daily accounting tasks and month-end closing.
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Record and monitor transactions using ERP systems (
Odoo experience required
).
Collaborate with service and operations teams to verify and process warranty-related expenses.
Requirements:
Proven accounting experience (
UAE experience preferred
).
Familiarity with warranty accounts and reconciliations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (
Odoo mandatory
).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Male Arabic speaker required.
