We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant
to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting office administration, playing a key part in ensuring efficiency and accuracy across both finance and logistics support functions.
Choosen candidate will be reporting to Senior accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage petty cash and maintain related records
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding payments
Administration:
Procure office supplies, stationery, and consumables
Coordinate with shipping lines to obtain and compare freight rates
Maintain organized filing systems for finance and admin records
Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a accountancy role (logistics industry experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Proactive, reliable, and a team player
