Responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, VAT compliance, payroll, and supporting overall financial operations in accordance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
Handle UAE VAT calculations and VAT return submissions
Process payroll through WPS and manage EOSB
Monitor expenses, budgets, and project costs
Ensure compliance with UAE financial and labour regulations
Track project costs and expenses.
Assist in cost analysis and profitability reports.
Coordinate with project managers on budgets and variations.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years UAE experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or engineering preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and WPS
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
