Job Description

We are seeking ONLY I.N.D.I.A.N experienced accountant with a proven track record in the UAE's construction industry. PLEASE ONLY WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. The successful candidate will handle financial activities, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide actionable insights to support the company's financial health and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to construction projects. Prepare project-based financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure accurate allocation of costs to projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Monitor project expenses and profitability to align with financial goals. Reconcile bank statements and oversee payroll processing. Liaise with auditors, clients, and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of UAE-based construction accounting experience.

Solid understanding of project cost accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar). In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and labor laws. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ERP systems used in the construction sector. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Accounting IN CONSTRUCTION: 3 years (Preferred)
