Accountant | Majid Al Futtaim Properties
ROLE SUMMARY
To ensure efficient and accurate processing of payments by coordinating with Banks and the Global Solutions Team, managing uploads and reconciliations on the system, and supporting timely month-end closure activities and reporting.

To ensure efficient and accurate processing of payments by coordinating with Banks and the Global Solutions Team, managing uploads and reconciliations on the system, and supporting timely month-end closure activities and reporting.
ROLE PROFILE
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Projects, Global Solutions Team, and Auditors for documentation and payments.
- Upload and monitor payments on TAS (RERA) and outside the system.
- Maintain manual tracker to avoid missed or duplicate payments.
- Ensure beneficiary registration on TAS and provide required documents to banks.
- Liaise with banks to resolve queries and confirm payment release.
- Monitor infrastructure escrow account balances; request funds if needed.
- Track and account transfers from various escrow accounts to infra escrow.
- Support with month-end closing activities.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance function, with a focus on Project Accounting and Payables.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and payment processes.
