Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the presentation and preparation of financial statements in accordance with the latest accounting standards. 2. Assist in all the banking related activities. 3. Monitoring various banking & escrow activities of the group. 4. Significantly contributing in performing internal as well as external audit on a quarterly/annual basis. 5. Working on EPMS software (ERP) and updating the various entries on day-to-daybasis. 6. Maintaining and overseeing day to day the whole receivables process. 7. Preparation of the cash flow forecasts of the new projects and submitting the same to the related regulatory authority and keeping track of the same in the future. 8. Seeking various banking options with regards to the financing of the projects such as listing of the projects with the banks & obtaining bank guarantee from the banks. 9. Preparation of Financial Models of various projects. 10. Evaluated and improved accuracy and completeness of financial records to boost regulatory compliance. 11. Trained new employees on accounting principles and company procedures. 12. Generated financial statements and facilitated account closing procedures quarterly basis. 13. Provided extensive clerical and administrative support to department staff. 14. Partnered with auditors to prepare yearly audits and ensure compliance with governmental tax guidelines. 15. Accurately documented all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses and line of credit transactions. 16. Collected and arranged information and entered details into computer database. 17. Filed VAT returns and prepared governmental reports in compliance with strict standards. 18. Preparations of Monthly, Yearly Budgets. Maintaining all loan records and following up with RM\xe2\x80\x99s for regular schedules Qualification B. Com, MBA (Finance), M. Com, CMA Special Skills: Core accounting, financial management, cost accounting & taxation, Management accounting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
