Female Accountant / Admin is required on family/spouse visa.
Preparation of Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
Maintaining file system both in hard and soft copies.
Preparing SOA for each project and communicating them with clients when required.
Preparation of accounts receivable, following up on payments on timely manner, posting, verify and updating SOA once payment is received and confirmed.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
Prepare and submission of VAT report.
Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger accounts, balances, and the entire accounting cycle.
Should be manage admin work such as issuing letters and emails, purchasing orders etc.
Preparing administrative letters such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc.
Preparation of monthly salaries, final settlements and annual leave salaries
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH
