Job Description

Female Accountant / Admin is required on family/spouse visa.

  • Preparation of Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
  • Maintaining file system both in hard and soft copies.
  • Preparing SOA for each project and communicating them with clients when required.
  • Preparation of accounts receivable, following up on payments on timely manner, posting, verify and updating SOA once payment is received and confirmed.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Prepare and submission of VAT report.
  • Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger accounts, balances, and the entire accounting cycle.
  • Should be manage admin work such as issuing letters and emails, purchasing orders etc.
  • Preparing administrative letters such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc.
  • Preparation of monthly salaries, final settlements and annual leave salaries
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
