Education: Bachelor's Degree
Language: Excellent in English & Arabic
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Record incoming invoices and verify due dates and amounts; ensure accuracy and compliance with supporting documentation and matching them with purchase orders or contracts.
  • Record direct expenses for services on a monthly basis and verify their accuracy and authorization.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and review invoices to ensure compliance with purchase orders or contracts.
  • Prepare periodic reports accurately and ensure the completion of pending invoices.
  • Verify supplier account statements to ensure consistency with accounting records, addressing any discrepancies or adjustments.
