Job Description
Bin Fadel, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced General Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and work with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to Join Immediately
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
