Description
:
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data for Cash, Card & Insurance, foreign Currency Sales
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Preparing Rent Schedules and payments as per the Lease agreements and amortization of monthly Expenses.
- Coordinating with External clients for PAR Insurance claims, additions, deletions, and settlements by providing required information with document evidence.
- Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts with sub ledgers/Control accounts
- Preparing detailed calculation of vendor receivables, rebate, and incentives income.
- Preparing Schedules of Balance Sheet items for External Audits.
- Processing month end closing activities by recording all the transactions before the deadlines
- Any other Tasks assigned as per the business requirements.
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics D365 EPR module is an added advantage
