Checking and verifying the accuracy of Daily revenue report and sending to Management

• Checking and verifying the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation statement and sending to Management

• Check, verify, prepare and release all supplier payments.

• Mange the petty cash payments and submit the reimbursements payments for approval

• Check and verify Petty cash report from General Cashier.

• Check and verify Discount, Cheques on hold etc. on daily basis and report to FC.

• Check and prepare the monthly payments of utilities.

• Check and verify other revenue reconciliation

• Reconcile and monitor the intercompany transactions

• Reconcile and monitor the FF&E report

• Reconcile, monitor and prepare the monthly Profit and Loss Statement

• Reconcile and monitor the Trail balance and Balance sheet items

• Payroll - Check, Verify and Prepare the monthly payroll file.

• Reconcile the VAT on monthly basis.

• Check and verify AR Aging report and Assist the leasing department for collection.

• Preparing the required reports and documents during the annual audit.

• Assist in the annual budget preparation.

Month End Closing Work.

• After the posting of the entire invoice tally the back office & store.

• After the invoice posting check and verify AP ageing with trade payable and monitor and reconcile advance supplier ledger.

• Clear the inventory discrepancy ledger.

• Prepare the Salary JV, cross salary JV & Sponsor wise salary jv.

• Prepare Salary provision JV

• Prepare internet and telephone JV

• Reconcile Intercompany entries and post the inter co JV

• Prepare Other accrual & Provision JV

• Prepare Prepaid JV

• Prepare Utility JV

• Prepare Transportation allocation JV

• Prepare Accommodation Allocation JV

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• Catering/ Hospital: 1 year (Required)
