Job Description
:
Egyptian & Emirates Air Cargo is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with 3-4 years of experience in Air Cargo or Freight Forwarding accounting. The selected candidate will handle AWB billing, reconciliations, accounts management, and financial reporting to support daily cargo operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify Air Waybill (AWB) billing and credit notes.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Reconcile airline, vendor, and customer accounts regularly.
Monitor credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and statements.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for accurate invoicing.
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits.
Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and general ledger entries.
Mandatory: 3-4 years of experience in Air Cargo accounting.
Strong knowledge of AWB billing, IATA codes, and cargo documentation.
Excellent accuracy, communication skills, and time management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
