What we expect from you:

• Cold calling and Arranging evaluations for potential candidates
• Solve operational issues of the D2C professionals during work and coordinate with drivers
• Take full responbility of the monthly payroll
• Track annual and sick leaves
• Act like a PRO to get visas and insurance for the candidates
• Negotiation skills to constantly work at reducing costs
• Booking management - Excl & DTC payment to suppliers and service providers
• Creative thinking & responsibility on increasing bookings & revenue

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years in a related role in Account Management.
• Experience in handling unskilled workforce
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Willingness to learn, Mentorship and decision making
