We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are a leading player in the food industry specializing in rice, oil, and tea. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food industry, with expertise in rice, oil, and tea products is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the food sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership and team management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and negotiation abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE Driving License
