DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented leader to manage the Marketplace business . He or she will also contribute to set the strategic vision for additional opportunities for Amazon\'s Marketplace.

The Amazon Marketplace organization drives the Selling on Amazon business and develops solutions that enable millions of Selling Partners around the world to sell on Amazon. This Manager will execute this vision, leading across functional and technical teams, delivering a world class experience for both buyers and Selling Partners for the categories. Candidates must be able to influence across multiple company organizations, and have a good understanding of today\'s global business environment. The ideal candidates will have a background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities include:

Owning end-to-end the Selling Partner experience in AE for set of categories to build a strong group of fast-growing categories in the related P&L

Managing both new and existing accounts to increase their usage of Marketplace tools and features and grow their business locally, regionally and internationally

Partnering with business and technical teams to design and build features and solutions specific to country requirements, while producing those features for regional application.

Identifying and driving new opportunities for Amazon\'s Marketplace business.

Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluent Mandarin communication abilities
- 2+ years\' of related experience
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
- Demonstrated Analytical ability, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
- Excellent written and oral communication; able to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Negotiation and Selling skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluent Mandarin Communication abilities
- 4 years\' of related experience
- Masters Degree in Management, Business or related degree required
- Previous experience and demonstrated track record in account management, product marketing or management consulting roles
- E-Commerce, Retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, sales and productivity tools like Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce is a plus

Amazon
