What does the role involve?

As an Account Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be visiting our customers, wherever they\xe2\x80\x99re busy working, to find out how we can help them.

Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it\xe2\x80\x99s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it\xe2\x80\x99s about building relationships with trader customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their customer needs.

The role responsibilities will include:
  • handling Traders in UAE
  • establishing the retail network by developing the selected trader\xe2\x80\x99s customer platform as per the new trader strategy
  • build engaged customer relationships
  • Merchandising
  • Training and educating traders of Hilti Value Proposition
  • Achieving the assigned sales target from Traders

What you need is:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, an Engineering degree or MBA is an advantage
  • 2-5 years professional sales experience
  • Well experienced with local Hardware traders\xe2\x80\x99 market
  • Construction industry experience - competition
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build engaged customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam - written and verbal
  • Valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License is a must. Open to commute around the UAE
