Manage salary negotiations, present job offers, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with HR staffers and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.
