Our client in the sports industry is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will lead the sports division and be responsible for developing and executing client strategies and building long-term relationships with clients in the sports industry. The Account Manager will also lead a team of account managers and be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service.
About the Role
Develop and execute strategic account plans for clients in the sports industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead a team of account managers and provide guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional client service
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the sports division
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and work with the sales team to develop new business opportunities
About the Candidate
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, with a focus on the sports industry
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of account managers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and internal teams
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
Knowledge of the sports industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
