Job Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused
Account Manager
to join our team for a company based in Sharjah and help manage key client relationships, grow sales, and support business expansion.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the construction, industrial, and retail sectors
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the UAE market
Understand client needs and recommend suitable paint products and solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and technical teams to meet client requirements
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product developments
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive, preferably in the paint, building materials, or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
Knowledge of paint products, coatings, or related materials (preferred)
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
