Hiring Logistics Account Manager
Location: MAG Logistics, Sharjah
Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 + Accommodation

We are seeking a proactive and professional Account Manager to handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, client management, and problem-solving, with the ability to build strong partnerships and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
-Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints
-Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
-Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts and satisfaction levels
-Identify opportunities to improve client services and support business growth
-Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a positive client experience
Requirements
-Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account handling
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Problem-solving attitude with focus on customer satisfaction
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
