Account Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain strong relationships with clients
? Act as the primary point of contact
? Understand client needs and business goals
? Develop and execute account plans
? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
? Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
? Ensure timely and successful service execution
? Monitor account performance and KPIs
? Prepare and present performance reports
? Handle client issues and escalations
? Manage contract renewals and negotiations
? Ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups
? Forecast revenue and maintain account profitability
? Conduct regular client check-ins
? Gather feedback and support continuous improvement
? Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams
Preferred Candidate:
Any nationality preferred
Must have UAE experience
Must have Driver License
