Your Role
As an
Account Manager
, you'll play a key role in managing and expanding our
B2B telecom client base
, specifically in the
Voice, VoIP, and SMS sectors
. You'll be responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our clients benefit from tailored telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients using our telecom services (Voice, VoIP, SMS)
Handle customer pricing, with a strong understanding of
A-Z voice termination rates
, SMS routes, and interconnect deals
Monitor and negotiate routing and margins to maintain profitability
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services and telecom hardware
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with tech and support teams to ensure delivery and support
Prepare and present tailored quotes, contracts, and offers
Stay up-to-date with telecom trends, route quality, and global rate changes
Attend trade events, client meetings, and networking opportunities when needed
Your Profile
2+ years of experience in telecom account management or wholesale voice/SMS sales
Deep understanding of the telecom industry, especially
A-Z termination rates, CLI/non-CLI traffic, TDM/SIP routing, and SMS aggregators
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in
German and English
(spoken and written)
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting
Strong commercial sense and analytical mindset
Self-starter with ability to manage workload and sales targets independently
