Oxford Economics, a leading global economic research and consultancy firm, is looking to hire a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to manage and drive sales for the existing book of business across the Middle East & Africa.
As the Account Manager, you are responsible for managing a segment of Oxford's subscription clients across the Middle East & Africa, dealing with client enquiries, retaining subscription revenues, identify and close up-sell opportunities and increasing usage of Oxford's services across the client base.
Key Responsibilities
Increase usage of the subscription services and grow the client user base
Identify and execute upsell opportunities, mitigate cancellation risks and create a territory strategy with the ADAM to manage the existing book of business and against subscription sales targets and KPIs.
Provide training on the services for new users as well as offer regular client updates
Identify upcoming renewals more than three months out and communicate these with the ADAM.
Answer any client questions and liaise with the relevant economists as required
Become proficient at navigating all of the OE website and respective databanks
Become proficient at managing client notifications and other delivery options such as API and other 3rd Party compatible platforms.
Working with marketing, notify clients updating them on product enhancements and other developments.
Be proficient on Salesforce using it to track any client interactions, sales, uplifts and cancellations
Become proficient on client usage software for internal reporting and client support
Work with marketing to organise client events and webinars
Manage client lists and chase clients on upcoming events and webinars
Help organize client meetings and presentations with economists as required
