Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Account Manager with a strong focus on influencer marketing and content creation management

to join our growing team. This role bridges our production, creative, and influencer marketing arms - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment and has hands-on experience working on influencer campaigns, and brand activations.


The right candidate will bring expertise in working as the point of contact with clients on campaigns, coordinating live campaigns, and delivering exceptional content across social and digital channels. A collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and strong relationship skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary point of contact for clients

, ensuring seamless coordination between production, creative, influencer, and event teams.

Must have experience lLeading influencer campaigns

from sourcing and vetting talent to briefing, negotiating deals, drafting contracts and working with our legal team on redlines, managing content delivery, and reporting performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with

influencers, talent agents

, and content creators across various niches and platforms. Plan and oversee

brand activations, influencer events, and experiential marketing initiatives

, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand tone. Manage and execute

multi-channel campaigns

spanning creative development, video production, social media content, and influencer collaborations. Oversee team management and efficiently allocate tasks to junior members of staff while also managing upwards providing updates to key stakeholders Collaborate with creatives and, social strategists to deliver

storytelling that resonates across platforms

. Ensure that

project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

are met through clear communication and efficient workflow management. Translate client briefs into creative briefs and manage the process of creative ideation through our creative team Offer into

and content plans, offering guidance on platform trends, formats, and creative direction. Contribute to campaign reporting, analyzing influencer performance metrics and event outcomes to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Be an effective and confident communicator both internally and externally Stay current with
