Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting and financial activities related to warehouse and cold storage operations. Take full responsibility for all finance-related activities within the department. Record daily transactions including expenses, and inventory movements. Reconcile warehouse inventory with accounting records to ensure accuracy. Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for invoice verification, payment processing, and stock audits. Ensure all financial records comply with UAE VAT regulations and company policies. Assist in internal and external audits as required. Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial and inventory records.
Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's or master's degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment. Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control. Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and VAT requirements.
Preferred:

Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, ______________). Knowledge of cold chain operations and logistics processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. PREFER ONLY philippines,myanmar,Thailand,singapore,
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prepare reconciliations and financial statements independently.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
Benefits
