The Role and What You'll Do: The Account Manager will be required to interface and sustain client relationships for key clients. This position must be a proven people leader with demonstrated management, coaching, and team development experience for direct reports and other team members.

This position plays a key role from client brief to on-site activation, assuming the overall work team planning management, execution and budget oversight for each program. The perfect candidate must have excellent communications and organizational skills and be solution-oriented. They should pride themselves at being excellent in client relations, budget management, time management, multitasking, problem solving, and leadership. Responsibilities include managing the project scope with the client, client invoicing, budget monitoring, managing production partners, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverables.

The Account Manager is responsible for working effectively with both client and internal work teams to flawlessly deliver event programs that achieve client results against established strategic & creative objectives, timelines and financial goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in client service and experiential marketing, be self-motivated, thrive under pressure, work well in a fast-paced competitive industry, and have a passion for delivering live events.

Candidates for this position will possess exceptional client-facing communication skills, project management and work team relations skills, value attention to detail, and be able to handle a large variety of activities and tasks within the world of experiential marketing, event marketing and execution with occasional travel required.

The office environment is informal but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities - nothing should be beneath them.

Be experienced in working individually or within a team on a variety of projects

Confident when selling ideas to client and colleagues

Experience in a fast-paced working environment with different types of clients

Must have a professional appearance and persona

5+ years of demonstrated experience in client service and experiential marketing, including team management experience

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Experience with guest management software such as Cvent highly preferred
