Due to our continued global expansion, we are expanding our Account Management / Client Relationship Management team in the UAE. This position is based in Dubai. Is this you? An accomplished Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager with expertise and understanding of enterprise software or complex technology solutions. You get excited developing successful client relationships. Having your efforts lead to successful outcomes for your client and maintaining high account retention levels and strong revenue growth records gives you a sense of deep personal pride. You are fluent in Arabic and English. Along with this fluency you possess a unique understanding of middle eastern and western cultures so that you are effective and comfortable navigating both business worlds across all levels of an organization. Opportunity and Challenge Innovative Systems / FinScan solutions are used by the largest banks and financial services organizations across the world. As Account Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of well-established brands globally. Having core values of honesty, integrity, along with excellent skills of proactivity and follow through will help your clients to call you first when they are expanding or renewing solutions that keep them compliant with AML-related regulations. Day to day you will have the opportunity to:
  • learn about your clients' businesses and provide them with regulatory compliance and sanctions insights becoming a trusted advisor;
  • grow client relationships through regular check-ins, preparing relationship maps and gap analysis, QBRs, account growth and action plans for all accounts;
  • continually move closer to achieving your goals, increasing profits via upsells, cross-sells and renewals ? helping Innovative/FinScan to maintain its leadership position!

The Team to support you You will be supported by a dedicated team that includes sales, pre-sales engineering, product implementation, marketing, and customer success teams. At Innovative/FinScan, you?ll have the unrivaled support of Senior leadership and the CEO - all are dedicated to helping you with your accounts whether in an advisory capacity or joining you on client calls or in meetings. Your success is paramount! Onboarding snapshot During your first month you will
  • Complete onboarding training including developing familiarity with our processes, the departments with which you will interact, and what makes the Innovative culture so special.
  • Gain a sound understanding of our Data Quality and FinScan solutions, and the customers we serve in this space.
  • Shadow current Account Mangers and conduct internal interviews to understand account history.
Within the first 3 months you will
  • Develop a key account matrix and prioritize account planning.
  • Work with your manager to develop objectives and activity plans positioning you to achieve your quarterly and annual NNR targets.
  • Set up discovery calls and prepare for QBRs as appropriate.
  • Create white space plans to reach targets.
Within 6 months, you will
  • Document and present current findings to the Executive Management Team on your client relationships
  • Strategically assess outreach plans and objectives and determine if they will create momentum for the long-term profitability or recommend alternatives.
