to oversee and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients within the FinTech and Payments ecosystem. This role is central to ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion through strong relationship management, consultative engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with product and technical understanding to deliver long-term value for both clients and the business.
Major Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a defined portfolio of clients (existing and strategic).
Develop comprehensive account plans, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels--from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
Ensure clients are successfully onboarded, adopting, and realizing full value from VaultsPay's products and services.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to deliver seamless client experiences.
Monitor account health metrics (usage trends, churn risks, and expansion potential) and report insights to leadership.
Negotiate pricing revisions and commercial terms to maximize revenue while maintaining client value and satisfaction.
Stay informed on FinTech and payments industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to advise clients and influence strategy.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or payments environments.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
Strong consultative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Comfort engaging with technical product elements such as APIs or integrations within payment systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven account management approaches.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
Preferred:
Experience with payment products, card schemes, payouts, FX/cross-border transactions, or banking partnerships.
Fluency in additional languages to support multi-region clients.
Prior experience in a startup or scale-up FinTech organization.
