, you'll be responsible for managing client projects from confirmation through installation and go-live. You'll act as the main point of contact between clients, internal departments, and partners -- ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and excellent communication at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project implementation once a client confirms.
Coordinate between internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project timelines, address potential delays, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare weekly progress reports and update management on project milestones.
Support clients post-launch with updates, renewals, and operational follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on signage, system setup, and client training.
