Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized
Account Manager
to join our remote team in the UAE. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, projects run smoothly, and relationships grow.
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
Understand clients' goals and align Art Revo's services to achieve them.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Track account performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Fluent in Arabic
(written and spoken)
Familiarity with marketing and creative industry processes is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
