Account Manager
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent communication and customer service support. Follow up with clients on shipments and ensure timely updates. Work to increase the number of shipments and overall customer satisfaction. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to meet client requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
freight forwarding / logistics
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
freight forwarding : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* driving license (Required)
