Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
Receive client briefs, clarify requirements, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Manage client expectations regarding scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role in a creative, marketing, or media agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Understanding of marketing, creative processes, or agency workflows is an advantage.
