- Contract Duration: 3-4 Months Contract
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: Immediate
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Track and monitor shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to resolve issues.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, etc.).
- Maintain and update logistics databases and ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal logistics policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and customs regulations in the Middle East.
