Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Dubai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and support teams, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves regular reporting on account performance and staying updated on industry trends and products.

Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and generate reports Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Networking , unified communication and related technologies is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Dubai
