skilled and experienced Accounts/Finance Manager
to lead our finance department. Candidatesmust have solid experience in the construction industry
and be capable of managing all financial functions independently.Key Responsibilities
:Prepare and manage full set of accounts, cash flow, and monthly closing. Forecast project-wise
Profit & Loss
and analyze financial performance. HandleVAT filing
and compliance as per UAE regulations. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities. Support strategic planning with accurate financial insights.Requirements
:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA is a plus.
5+ years of UAE experience in construction company accounting.
Expertise in VAT regulations and ERP/accounting software. Strong analytical and leadership skills.Must be available for immediate joining.
