This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in

Doha, Qatar

. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the liaison between clients and the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports on account status, and addressing client concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal departments. Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with client objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and insights. Coordinate with creative, media buying, and performance teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience in the marketing and media industry is a plus Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, and timelines. Monthly development plan for the clients.

Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must. Must be based in Doha and have residency. Female Is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. Knowledge of regional market trends in the GCC. Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
