We're looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager with proven skills across planning, creative and strategic thinking. You're a strong leader with excellent writing and communications skills and possess an ability to translate client needs into project plans. You are able to develop and implement digital campaigns for your clients that drive engagement and deliver on KPIs. You are adept at drawing upon previous experience to provide clients with knowledge and counsel- all complemented by your sector specific client servicing skills and digital know-how. Experience in managing healthcare clients is preferred, but not a must.
Client Relations and Planning:
Responsible for the day to day running of client business, you will take a lead role ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget
Be a key player in supporting the clients at events and activations
Drive the development of appropriate digital/social media strategies and programme that deliver results
Generate ideas for digital/social media campaigns and oversee planning and execution
Assist in setting and meeting campaign measurement and evaluation criteria
Implement special events such as onsite photo/video shoots that are part of digital programming
Content development:
Develop a range of digital content- long and short form
New Business:
Organic growth/project sell-in from existing clients- critical to this is ensuring clients are aware of our offerings and pitching services to clients wherever possible
Industry and Market knowledge:
Maintain a high understanding of client's business and work to create a good knowledge of current digital developments and trends affecting the clients' industries and markets
Account Team Management:
Contributing guidance and ideas for the account teams to implement and develop client work
Assist in financial management for clients, including supplier coordination and activity reports
Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably with a reputed communications/digital agency
Experience in managing digital disciplines and social media networks
Well-rounded communication skills, good at client servicing, driving paid campaigns, managing influencer relations, as well as the ability to write short/long form digital content
Experience in managing people and teams
Experience with clients and accounts that are measurement and evaluation driven
Strong presentation skills, poise, and professionalism
Bilingual is a must- verbal and written
