Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue client invoices for fabrication projects and follow up on collections. Track project costs against estimates to monitor profitability. Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Maintain petty cash and oversee daily expense tracking. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects. Prepare monthly management reports and job cost summaries. File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws. Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and banks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction. Strong cost control and project accounting skills. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
