Job Title: Account Manager - Business Setup Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 16,000 - 20,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading business setup consultancy in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring seamless company formation and ongoing business support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire business setup process in the UAE.
Manage end-to-end company formation, including trade license issuance, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and timely updates.
Identify upselling opportunities for value-added services to maximize revenue.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE laws and free zone/DED regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business setup, PRO services, or corporate structuring in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure.
