Roles and responsbilities:
Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary.
Ensuring that complaints are processed in accordance with the requirements.
Marketing the local range in compliance with the defined price bands and continuously developing the range with the TPM. The Pricing Desk/Pricing & Trading Desk Juice guidelines must be considered for sales from other ranges. The current market and customer conditions must always be considered.
Conducting annual planning for the sales region and the respective top customers. Adapting forecasts for top customers.
Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives.
Providing consistent support for all local customers and identifying and developing top customers in the area of responsibility with more intense relationship management.
Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.
Encouraging procedural and organizational optimization and implementing the corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role.
* 5-7 years of experience, preferably in food manufacturing - B2B
